12.7. Other cables

Connect all the other cables as shown in the wiring diagram, and note the
following.
Cables for the camera:
•
The camera will be installed later.
•
Connect the camera cables to the codec (C1, C2, C3) and amplifier (C4) as
shown in the diagram.
•
Leave the ends for the camera on top of the rack cavity.
Cables for the Samsung One Connect boxes:
•
The Samsung One Connect boxes for the left and right main screen will be
installed later.
•
Connect the main screen cables to the codec (S1, S2) and Ethernet switch
(S4, S5).
•
Guide the cables up the rack cavity, over the top of the cavities, and down
through the hole in the left cavity (S1, S4) or right (S2, S5) cavity. Leave the
cable ends hanging loose.
•
Guide the power cables for the One Connect box between the power
cavities and the display cavities;
side. The cables go over the top of the cavities and down through the holes
in the cavities.
•
These power cables (S7, S8) are not connected in either end at this point.
Cables for the content screen:
•
The content screen will be installed later.
•
Connect the content screen cables to the codec (S3) and Ethernet switch
(S6) as shown in the diagram.
•
Leave the end for the screen on top of the rack cavity.
•
The power cable (S9) is not connected in either end at this point.
Cable for the amplifier:
•
Connect the cable between the amplifier to the codec (D1).

Cable for the Ethernet switch in the system:
•
Connect the Ethernet switch in the system to the codec (X3).
Power and network cables for the codec:
•
Connect the power cable to the codec (P2). Don't connect the power
cable to the socket outlet yet.
•
Connect the network cable to the codec (P1). Don't connect the network
cable to the wall socket yet.
