COMPONENT MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Remove the power board (01-370) and the six insulators (01-420) from the drain
(01-430B).
Remove the two screws (01-250) and the two washers (01-260).
Remove the grommet (01-240).
Install two nuts similar to (01-300) on the end of the tie rods (01-440).
Heat the tie rods (01-440) with a hot air gun close to the equipped housing (01-640) until
you can unlock them.
Remove the tie rods (01-440).
Remove the nuts from the tie rods.
SHRINKABLE CONDUITS.
Cut the heat shrinkable conduits (01-770) shrinked on the wires.
Do a mark on the detection board (01-450) and on the detection rotor (01-480) to avoid
the adjustment on assembly.
Remove the three screws (01-460) and the three washers (01-470).
Remove the detection board (01-450).
Remove the screw (01-490) and the lockwasher (01-500).
Remove the detection rotor (01-480).
Remove the retaining ring (01-510), the inner rear flange (01-520) and the six spring
washers (01-530).
Remove the three screws (01-610) and the three washers (01-620).
Remove the retaining ring (01-540) and the outer front flange (01-550).
Remove the four screws (01-570).
Remove the outer rear flange (01-560) .
Remove the o-ring (01-580) from the outer rear flange (01-560).
Remove the rotor (01-630) equipped with the two bearings (01-590) and the inner front
flange (01-600) from the equipped housing (01-640).
