CEMS Rolling Average (CEM Rolling Avg)
Outputs a rolling mean average CVn OV over the specified Average Period. Average is updated every
Frame Period thereafter. Samples are taken at every scan cycle of the instrument, except when Calibrate
Hold is ON(1).
