Allows user to answer a call ringing on
an extension by discovering the number

Put a call on Hold.
Decline
Ignores an incoming call.

Silences an incoming call

Connects a conference call. If the
conference host is user A and users B
& C are participants, when A presses
"Join", A will drop off and users B & C
will be connected.
Call Rtn/lcr
Returns the last missed call.
Left arrow icon
Moves the cursor to the left.
Messages
Provides access to voicemail.
Miss
Displays the list of missed calls.
New Call
Begins a new call.
