Caps with a projected tip on each end are installed
w i t h t h e s m a l l e r t i D t o w a r d t h e i n s i d e o I t h e v a l v e
b o d y . T h e s m a l l t i p i s a s p r i n g g u i d e .
Toward outside of valve bodv.
Toward inside of valve bodv.

installed with the tip toward the inside of the valve
body. The tip is a spring guide.

Caps with hollow ends are installed with the hollow
end away from the inside of the valve body.
CaDs with notched ends are installed with the notch
toward the inside of the valve body.
Caps with llat ends and a hole through the center are
i n s t a l l e d w i t h t h e s m a l l e r h o l e t o w a r d t h e i n s i d e o f
the valve bodv.
Toward outside of valve bodv.

installed with the grooved side toward the outside of
the valve bodv.
