Expected Result
The connection
status and power
supply status of the

smart ETH gateway
can be queried on
the ECC800-Pro
WebUI.

expansion module
communicates
properly and the
temperature is
displayed properly.
On the ECC800-Pro

that the rack
environment unit
communicates
properly and the
temperature is
displayed properly.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the display is
abnormal, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected. If so,
reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the
smart ETH gateway.
If the display is
abnormal, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected. If so,
reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the
UIM20A expansion
module.
If the display is
abnormal, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected. If so,
reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the
rack environment
unit.
