Step 4 Take out the MCCB output module and insulate it using insulation tape to avoid
hazards.
Step 5 Flip the switch of the new MCCB output module to OFF, install the module in the
installation position using a crowbar, and secure it.
Step 6 Reinstall the branch monitoring module in the cabinet and tighten the screws on
both sides of the panel.
Step 7 Reinstall the cover on the front of the switch.
Step 8 Install cables for the branch monitoring module (if any).
Step 9 Flip the switch to ON.

6.17 Replacing an ACB

Procedure
Step 1 Turn off the ACB.
Step 2 Set the ACB to the DISCONNECT position.
Step 3 Lift the ACB and remove it.

Tools: electroprobe, insulated gloves, socket wrench, flat-head screwdriver,
lifting trolley
Material: a new and intact ACB of the same model
