8.4 Replacing a Fan

● Before replacing a fan, power off the SUN2000.
● When replacing a fan, use insulated tools and wear PPE.
Step 1 Remove the fan tray.

Step 2 Remove the cable ties from the faulty fan.

If the fan gets stuck when being pulled or pushed, slightly lift it.
Remove the screws from the fan tray and store them properly.
Pull out the fan tray until the fan baffle plate aligns with the SUN2000
enclosure.
Place down the handle.
Unscrew the connectors.
Disconnect the cables.
Pull out the fan tray.
