6.16 Replacing an MCCB Output Module

Procedure
Step 1 Switch off the MCCB to be replaced.
Step 2 Mark the corresponding port names on the cables of the branch monitoring
module, and remove the cables (if any).
Step 3 Remove the MCCB output module.

Tools: insulated gloves, Phillips screwdriver, step ladder, lifting trolley
Material: a new and intact MCCB output module of the same model
Remove the cover from the front of the switch.
Loosen the captive screws on the branch monitoring module and remove the
module.
Loosen the screws on the switch using a Phillips screwdriver and pry out the
MCCB output module using a crowbar.
