4.2 Quarterly Maintenance

4.3 Semi-annual Maintenance

Item Method
Transformer Check the fans.
Check the resin
insulation layer of
the winding
transformer.

Expected Result
When the cabinet surface is
wiped using white paper, the
paper does not turn black.
The settings of the output
voltage level, frequency,
number of batteries, and
battery capacity meet
requirements.
The three-phase load rate and
output power factor are
recorded.
A shallow discharge test is
conducted when the UPS is
backed up to verify that the
batteries can discharge
normally.
Expected Result
No abnormal noise is
generated.
The resin insulation layer of the
winding transformer has no
crack.

4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Remove the dust, especially
from the air filter on the
front door, or replace the air
filter.
Set the parameters correctly.
If any exception occurs,
check the load status and
handle the exception.
Handle the alarm if any.
Troubleshooting
Clean up the dust on the
fans (system power-off
required).
There is a tiny crack on the
resin insulation layer of the
winding transformer. Please
contact the manufacturer
for confirmation.
