Pipe Anti-freezing
When the ambient temperature is less than or equal to 0°C, drainpipes and water
refill pipes may freeze and thereby be blocked or crack. Take anti-freezing
measures for the pipes.

5.4.6 Removing Transport Fasteners and Desiccant Bags

Procedure
Step 1 Remove the maintenance door of the compressors and take out the desiccant bag
from each compressor.
Step 2 Open the electric control box and take out the desiccant bag from the box.
Step 3 Open the outdoor intake air filter and take out the desiccant bag from the
outdoor air intake compartment.
Step 4 Open the maintenance door and water barrier of the spray pump, and take out
the two desiccant bags from the spray pump compartment.
Step 5 Loosen the transport fixing bolts of the three compressors using a 13# solid
wrench and remove the sheet metal fasteners.

● The water pipes are connected using thread connectors. The threaded joints must be
sealed with sealing tape or thread sealant.
● When connecting water pipes, use appropriate active connectors and secure them using
a wrench.
● The condensate pan drainpipe must be wrapped with thermal insulation foam
(including the buried pipe) with a thickness of at least 3 cm.
Remove the paper protective film from the sealing putty.
Seal the gaps between the water pipes and the unit using sealing putty after
the pipes are correctly connected.
