Use a precision T/H sensor to
calibrate the T/H sensors
inside and outside the unit.
Check that welding points and
needle valves do not leak
using soapy water or check
that they are free from oil
stains.
Enter the diagnosis mode,
start the exhaust fan and
indoor fan respectively, and
check whether the fans run
properly without any
abnormal noise.
Enter the diagnostic mode,
start the water pump and
check whether the water
pump is leaking.
When the outdoor ambient
temperature is lower than 3°C,
close the water inlet valve,
open the drainage valve
manually, and open the water
pump drainage port using a
17# wrench to drain water.
Open the water inlet valve
when the water pump of the
smart cooling product runs for
the first time every year. After
water is filled and the water
pump starts working,
manually open the exhaust
plug of the water pump to
exhaust air.
NOTE
You are advised to replace the
water pump after the pump has
been running for 20,000 hours.
When replacing the precooling
module, maintain the heat
exchanger core to ensure the
heat exchange efficiency.

9 System Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the temperature deviation is
greater than 1°C or humidity
deviation is greater than 5%, the
T/H sensor must be calibrated or
replaced.
If leaking points are found, retrieve
the refrigerant and weld the
leaking points again. Contact
technical support.
Replace the fan.
Seal the pipes again.
If the air is not completely
exhausted, air blockage may occur
and the water pump cannot spray
normally. In this case, you need to
manually exhaust air. When the
water pump is running, remove
the exhaust plug on the smart
cooling product. When water flows
out of the exhaust hole, reinstall
and tighten the exhaust plug.
