Procedure
Step 1 Check that the external package of the unit is intact. If any damage is found,
notify the carrier immediately.
Step 2 Remove the packing materials. Check whether the exterior of the unit is in good
condition and free of collision marks or scratches. If any damage is found, notify
the carrier immediately.
Step 3 Check the type and quantity of fittings against the packing list. If some fittings are
missing or do not comply with the models in the packing list, record the
information and contact the supplier immediately.

4.4.2 Securing a Unit
Prerequisites
The evenness of concrete platforms is critical to unit installation. Ensure that the
height (altitude) difference of all platforms does not exceed 5 mm.

● Do not remove the plastic package to prevent dust and other sundries from entering the
unit. Remove the plastic packing materials before connecting pipes and cables.
● After pipes and cables are connected, take dustproof measures in a timely manner
based on site requirements.

Precautions
Ensure that the crane and steel ropes provide the required
bearing capacity.
Ensure that all doors of the unit to be hoisted are closed.
Ensure that the steel ropes are securely connected.
Do not allow any unauthorized people to enter the
hazardous areas and never stand under the crane arm
during hoisting.
