Expected Result
Screws on the indoor fan and
exhaust fan are not loose or
distorted.
The water pump is not
rusted.
No water leaks from the
water pump spindle seal.
During the first half year of
operation, take a sample
from each route of supplied
water and from circulating
water for one of units for
each computer room every
month.
NOTICE
Spray water can be circulated
for six times by default, which
can be changed depending on
the local climate and water
source conditions.

Export logs, alarms, temperature,
humidity, and the operating status
and time of the compressor, fan,
spray system, and spray pump
from the monitoring system. View
historical alarms generated in this
quarter and select the most
common five ones. (If no
monitoring system is available, skip
this item.)
NOTE
If the value of Spray pump running
status is 0%, the spray pump is
stopped. Otherwise, the pump is
running.

9 System Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Tighten the screws using a 10#
socket wrench.
Remove the rust.
If water leaks, replace the water
pump or water pump spindle seal.
If the test result does not the
water quality requirements,
perform a test again and increase
the test frequency (it is
recommended that sampling be
conducted half a month). If the
results of three consecutive tests
do not the requirements, find out
the cause in water supply and take
corresponding measures to ensure
normal operation of the spray
system.
