Description and cause
It was detected that the processing was performed
across the cycles with the inter-module
synchronization function operating.
It was detected that the processing of a cycle was
skipped with the inter-module synchronization
function operating.
A synchronization loss was detected with the inter-
module synchronization function operating.
A hardware error has occurred in the module.
The data in the flash memory is abnormal.
Action
Correct settings to extend the inter-module
synchronization cycle or reduce the number of steps
of the inter-module synchronous interrupt program.
• Execute the EI instruction in the main program
and enable an interrupt.

If the error occurs again even after the above actions
are taken, the possible cause is a failure of the
