Precautions
• The following table shows the availability of other functions of when the inter-module synchronization function is enabled.

gain values
Online module change
• When the inter-module synchronization function is enabled, the analog output value does not change even if a value is set
to 'CH1 Digital value' (Un\G460). When the inter-module synchronization function is enabled, the digital value to be
converted to analog is the value set in 'CH1 Synchronization digital value' (Un\G9500).
• If the module is set to the inter-module synchronization mode, the switching to the offset/gain setting mode is not allowed.
• When a mode switching setting value is set for 'Mode switching setting (L)' (Un\G296) and 'Mode switching setting (H)'
(Un\G297) and then 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) is turned on, the mode is not switched and inter-module
synchronization continues.
• When performing the offset/gain setting, set the module as a synchronization non-target, and switch the mode to the
normal output mode, and then switch the mode again to the offset/gain setting mode.
• Dedicated instructions cannot be used. The following shows the operation when a dedicated instruction has been
executed.
Dedicated instruction
G(P).OFFGAN
G(P).OGLOAD
G(P).OGSTOR
For details on the dedicated instructions, refer to the following.

Remarks
The scaling function cannot be used. When the function is set to be enabled, the setting is
ignored.
The value set for 'CH1 Input value shift amount' (Un\G480) is disabled.
When the inter-module synchronization function is enabled, the digital value to be used by the
warning output function is 'CH1 Synchronization digital value' (Un\G9500).
The rate control function cannot be used. When the function is set to be enabled, the setting is
ignored.
The module ignores the operation mode setting and operates in the inter-module
synchronization mode if it is set as a target to be synchronized.
During inter-module synchronization, the online module change is disabled.
If the online module change is attempted during the inter-module synchronization, an online
module change error (error code: 4206H) is stored in Online module change error code
(SD1618) and the module cannot be changed.
If the module is changed, a module verification error (error code: 2400H) occurs in the CPU
module.
Operation
The G(P).OFFGAN instruction is disabled.
The G(P).OGLOAD instruction is disabled.
If the G(P).OGSTOR instruction is executed, a G(P).OGSTOR instruction execution error (error code: 1860H) is
stored in the dedicated instruction completion status.
