Warning output during synchronization
Regarding the warning output while the inter-module synchronization function is enabled, the update timing for ALM LED,
'Warning output signal' (XE), 'Warning output upper flag' (Un\G36), and 'Warning output lower flag' (Un\G37) are changed as
described below.

(3) 'Warning output upper flag' (Un\G36) and 'Warning output lower flag' (Un\G37) are refreshed at the END processing.
