Description and cause
CH Range setting is set to a value outside the
range.
■Normal output mode
CH Digital value is set to a value outside the
range.
■Inter-module synchronization mode
CH Synchronization digital value is set to a value
outside the range.
■Wave output mode
A part of 'Wave data registry area' (Un\G10000 to
Un\G99999), which is used for a wave outputting
channel, is set to a value outside the setting range.
The range has been switched in high-speed output
mode, during analog output in CH.
CH Scaling enable/disable setting is set to a value
other than Enable (0) and Disable (1).
CH Scaling lower limit value or CH Scaling
upper limit value is set to a value other than -32000
to 32000.
CH Scaling upper limit value and CH Scaling
lower limit value are set as the scaling upper limit
value = the scaling lower limit value.
CH Warning output setting is set to a value other
than Enable (0) and Disable (1).
CH Warning output upper limit value and CH
Warning output lower limit value are set to values
that do not satisfy the following condition:
Upper limit value > Lower limit value
CH Rate control enable/disable setting is set to a
value other than Enable (0) and Disable (1).
CH Increase digital limit value or CH Decrease
digital limit value is set to a value other than 0 to
64000.
A disconnection was detected in CH.
CH Wave output start/stop request is set to a value
other than 0 to 2.
The operation mode setting of module parameter is
set to wave output mode and CH Range setting is
set to User range setting (voltage) (EH) or User
range setting (current) (FH).
Action
Set CH Range setting to the following values:
• 4 to 20mA (0H) to -10 to 10V (4H)
• User range setting (voltage) (EH)
• User range setting (current) (FH)
■Normal output mode
Set CH Digital value to a value within the setting
range. The setting range varies depending on the
set output range as shown below.
• 4 to 20mA, 0 to 20mA, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V: 0 to 32000
• -10 to 10V, user range: -32000 to 32000
However, when CH Scaling enable/disable setting
is set to Enable (0) in normal output mode, the
setting range is CH Scaling lower limit value to
CH Scaling upper limit value.
■Inter-module synchronization mode
Set CH Synchronization digital value to a value
within the setting range. The setting range varies
depending on the set output range as shown below.
• 4 to 20mA, 0 to 20mA, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V: 0 to 32000
• -10 to 10V, user range: -32000 to 32000
■Wave output mode
Set the corresponding area of 'Wave data registry
area' (Un\G10000 to Un\G99999), which is used for
the error channel, to a value within the setting range.
The setting range varies depending on the set output
range as shown below.
• 4 to 20mA, 0 to 20mA, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V: 0 to 32000
• -10 to 10V: -32000 to 32000
When switching the range in high-speed output
mode, turn off 'CH Output enable/disable flag' (Y1
to Y4) in all channels. After that, change a value of
CH Range setting and turn on and off 'Operating
condition setting request' (Y9).
Set CH Scaling enable/disable setting to Enable
(0) or Disable (1).
Set CH Scaling lower limit value and CH Scaling
upper limit value to values within -32000 to 32000.
Set CH Scaling upper limit value and CH Scaling
lower limit value as the scaling upper limit value
the scaling lower limit value.
Set CH Warning output setting to Enable (0) or
Disable (1).
Set values so that CH Warning output upper limit
value is larger than CH Warning output lower limit
value.
Set CH Rate control enable/disable setting to
Enable (0) or Disable (1).
Set CH Increase digital limit value and CH
Decrease digital limit value to values within 0 to
64000.
Eliminate the cause of the disconnection for the
corresponding channel, and turn on and off 'Error
clear request' (YF).
Set CH Wave output start/stop request to any of
the following values:
• Wave output stop request (0)
• Wave output start request (1)
• Wave output pause request (2)
• When using the wave output function, set CH
Range setting so that the output range becomes
the range other than user range setting.
• When using the user range setting, set the
operation mode setting of module parameter to be
normal output mode or high-speed output mode.
