Wave Output Function

Wave
This function registers the prepared wave data (digital value) on the D/A converter module and continuously outputs the data
(analog value) in the set conversion cycle. A faster and smoother control than a program is achieved by the automatic output
of the control wave data registered in the D/A converter module for the analog (torque) control such as pressing machines and
injection molding units. The control can be executed only by registering the wave data to the D/A converter module.
Therefore, the program-less control is available for the repeat control such as the line control, and man-hours for
programming can be reduced.
In this section, the following items set in the wave output function are called wave output data.

(1) Wave data can be created from "Create Wave Output Data" of the engineering tool with easy mouse operation.
(2) Wave data is stored to a CSV file or file register. CSV files are saved in an SD memory card.
(3) Wave data is registered in the wave data registry area of D/A converter module with the function block (FB) for registering wave data.
(4) The data is successively converted in the set conversion cycle and output in analog.
