5.3 Setting Parameters on the UPS Monitoring Screen

Procedure
Step 1 Set UPS parameters.


If multiple iBOXs are connected, commission the iBOX one by one in the same way. Otherwise,
networking may be in disorder.
The UPS software version UPS5000 V100R003C01SPC408 is used for reference.
On the WebUI and LCD of some UPSs, iBOX is named CIM, and iBAT is named BIM.
UPS LCD
a. On the UPS LCD home screen, choose System Info > Settings > Battery Settings,
and set Number of battery strings.
b. On the UPS LCD home screen, choose System Info > Settings > iBOX Settings,
and set Basic Param., Advanced Param., and Batt. String Config.

The serial number of each
battery string. Set this
parameter based on the
planned codes for iBOXs
and battery strings. The
Battery string No. are
unique for a same UPS.
If the BCB box is
configured, set BCB
tripping upon battery
abnormal to Enable.
