Reference No.: Indicates the reference node number corresponding to the operation type.
Example: There are three iBATs in the network and they are numbered 1, 2, and 3. Choose
Replace an iBAT and set Reference No. to 2. After the operation, the network parameters of
the number 2 iBAT are cleared, and number 2 is reserved.
