Possible Cause
A battery terminal
screw is not tightened.
A battery terminal is
not properly connected
to a connector.
A BCB is configured but
not connected to the
iBOX.
The battery discharges
to the end-of-discharge
(EOD) threshold.
The BCB is manually
disconnected.
The battery loop has
potential security risks
and the BCB trips
automatically.
A iBAT communication
failure has occurred.
9 Maintenance
Solution
1. Check that battery
terminal screws are
tightened.
2. Check that battery
terminals are properly
connected to connectors.
3. Check whether the
temperature sensor fails
to monitor the battery
temperature. If yes,
prepare the UPS backup
power supply and replace
the cables connected to
the iBAT.
4. Check that the battery
discharge current meets
the battery specifications.
1. Check that the BCB
configuration is correct.
2. Verify the BCB cable
connections.
1. Identify the reason that
the battery discharges to
the EOD threshold.
Connect the BCB after
eliminating all
exceptions.
2. Identify the reason that
the BCB is manually
disconnected. Connect
the BCB after eliminating
all exceptions.

1. Check the preset number
of iBATs is consistent
with the actual number of
iBATs.
2. Check that the iBAT
communication is normal.
Reconnect the cable to
the panel of the iBAT that
