8.1 Internal Resistance Test

Prerequisites: Batteries are in float charging state, Single string current of battery value is 0
A, and no battery overtemperature alarm, battery overvoltage alarm, or battery thermal
runaway alarm has been generated.
Context: To identify a faulty battery, you are advised to test the battery internal resistance.
ECC800 Scenario
Step 1 Log in to the iBOX WebUI.
Step 2 On the Monitoring > iBOX System > Running Control page, choose Test internal
resistance and click Submit.

Step 3 On the Monitoring > iBOX System > Batt. String N > Single Batt. Real-time Data page,
check the battery information.
Criteria for determining that the iBAT detection function is normal:
Issue 07 (2019-01-02)
If conditions are met, the iBAT will automatically perform an internal resistance test periodically.
On the CIM WebUI, the CIM is named iBOX and the BIM is named iBAT.
The voltage displayed on the WebUI is in the range of the measured voltage ± 0.2%.
