Configure the Remote Service settings
To view and configure the Remote Service settings, perform the following steps.
1. Log onto the Webmin service interface on page
2. Select the Configuration tab.
3. Select Remote Service > Configuration.
4. On the Remote Service Configuration screen, make the necessary changes to the
appropriate fields:

Username and
Password
NOTE
Remote Service Configuration settings are automatically populated.

HTTP Proxy Server Configuration
Value
If this site uses an HTTP
proxy server, a specific IP
Address and Port number
are required for the Remote
Service communication to
work. Otherwise, select
None.
If the HTTP proxy server
requires user authorization,
a specific Username and
Password is required.
Otherwise, select None.

When configuring the HTTP
Proxy Server, if you select
None, do not to enter any
information in the Address,
Port, Username, or
Password fields. If you select
None, the Webmin page will
not save the address, port,
username and password.
