Even though the recording of a message has been finished, playback of the trunk cannot be accepted until

dubbing of the message to the remaining trunks is complete.

Recording of an announcement for a UCD group

a.) Lift a handset; receive Dial Tone.

b.) Dial the MULTI CHANNEL RECORDING (RECORDING) access code from the station;

receive Special Dial Tone.
