Operating Procedure
Function buttons are programmed through the Maintenance Administration Terminal (MAT) and are part
of System Data.
Service Conditions
1.
A function button cannot be used as a line button.
2.
"SPKR", "ANS", "FNC", "CNF", and "LNR/SPD" should be assigned to function buttons that have
lamps.
3.
"SPKR" must always be assigned.
4.
"RCL" and "XFR" must be assigned because they are used to indicate a pause (-), hooking (!),
and voice call (V) when programming a SPEED CALLING - ONE TOUCH - D
destination number.
