4.2 Initial Startup
Use this section to turn on your VC4™ system and to configure the analyzer module for specific
gas locations. There are eight parts to this startup procedure:
Power Up

Start Program
l
Log in the HMI program
l
Create a configuration profile
l
Replace the Chemcassette™ Tape
l
Leak Checking Sample Lines

Adjust the Flow rate
l
Adjust Supply Vacuum

4.3 Power Up
Use the rocker switch on the right rear of the unit, above the power cord, to turn on power to the
VC4™ system.
