6.3 Maintenance Faults

A maintenance fault indicates the VC4™ system requires attention but is continuing to monitor.

Excessive point vacuum due to clog or kinked sample line

Less than preset reminder on the Chemcassette™
Analyzer out of monitor
Out of Monitor time limit too short
Alarms were manually bypassed
Run Time Point Disable time limit too short
Point pressure above atmospheric pressure while in idle
Pressure sensor Calibration error, Defective sensor
Chemcassette™ thickness variation
Defective needle valve
Chemcassette™ expiration date reached
Chemcassette™ installed past its expiration date

Check sample line and line filter
Clean the sample line and replace filter
