TOP COVER / MUFFLER
2. HHT35S REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

The engine and muffler become very hot during operation and they remain
hot for a while after operation. Be sure that the engine is cold before
muffler removal/installation.
MUFFLER COMP.
REASSEMBLY:
• Install after removing any
carbon deposits from the
muffler using a plastic
hammer.
• Do not tap on the muffler
seal flange to avoid dam-
aging this part.
• Check the cylinder exhaust
port for damage.
