IMPORTANT: In a RAID System configuration, use hard disk drives of the same model.

See the section "Preparing for Installation and Removal" described earlier (except for RAID System
configuration).

Unlock the front bezel using the security key, and remove the front bezel.
3.
Locate the slot in which you are going to install a hard disk drive.
The server has eight slots.

Remove the dummy tray.

Unlock the hard disk drive.
Keep the dummy tray for future use.
