WASTE mode
This mode is used to dispose of an item which has already been prepared and is no longer of value.
Procedure
(1) Touch the [WASTE] key to enter the WASTE mode.
(2) Enter the waste items. (PLU registrations)
(3) Touch the [WASTE] key to quit the WASTE mode.
NOTE
• PLU entries are only allowed in the WASTE mode, and direct and past void operations are also allowed in
this mode.
• When a WASTE-mode transaction is finalized, the drawer does not open.
• The consecutive number is increased by every WASTE-mode transaction.
• The compulsive condiment entry for each PLU may be ignored (programmable for the system).
