I Department shift
This shift can temporarily change the preset department to which a PLU belongs. When the [Dept. Shift n]
key is entered at the start of a transaction, the department codes to which all PLUs used in the transaction
belong are changed to those which have been assigned to the [Dept. Shift n] key.

I Recipe guidance
This function enables you to confirm the recipe instructions for preparing selected items. The displayed
reference text can be printed. If this function is required, the recipe's reference text can be programmed for
the recipe table, and the recipe table no. must be assigned for PLU items.
Procedure
(1) Select the entered PLU in the receipt window. (The selected item will be highlighted.)
(2) Touch the [RECIPE] key.
The following window is displayed.
(3) Touch the [Print] button, if the printout is required.
Touch the [OK] button to close the recipe reference window.
