I Waiting list
When the table cannot be found by the automatic table search function, the new guest can be inserted in
the waiting list. When the required table becomes free, a message is displayed automatically to open the
table.
• Inserting in the waiting list
Procedure
(1) When the table cannot be found by the automatic table search function, the message of the table
information programmed (at back-office system) will be shown.
Touch the [Cancel] button to cancel the operation.
(2) To insert the new guest in the waiting list, touch the [OK] button.
The QWERTY keyboard is displayed.
(3) To insert the guest in the waiting list, enter the guest's name and touch the [OK] button.
• Advisory message
When the state of the required table becomes free, an advisory message is displayed automatically to open
the table. Touch the [OK] button to return to the table layout screen, and then touch the highlighted table.
