I Guest check recall
Each server is able to recall his/her closed guest checks for reorder entries, item corrections or settlement
again by using the [RECALL] key.
The closed guest check is designated by either the bill number or the transaction number (by programming
for each revenue center).
It is possible to recall the closed guest check by scanning the bar-code. (The bar-code will be printed on a
bill.)
Procedure
(1) Touch the [RECALL] key, the recall table list is displayed.
(2) Perform any of the following operations.
• Select the guest check.
• Touch the [RECALL #] key and enter the bill number (or transaction number) in the ten-key window
that is displayed.
• Scanning the bar-code on the bill.
