Electronic Journal
This function is intended to record the journal data in electronic memory instead of journal paper. Also, this
data is used instead of Transaction Log data. All transaction data and the operation log is kept in the
Electronic Journal File.
I On the Client machine
The Client machines use FIFO(First-in First-Out) buffer for 24 hours and search by the Start time, End time,
Clerk and Media filter.
I On the POS server
The POS server stores data for one day (centralized file). The multi-filter (e.g. Time, Items, Revenue center,
Time zone, Clerk, Amount, Transaction #, Tables, Medias, Discounts, Terminal) and open entry filter (Text
search) is allowed.
