I Alert for the table
When the graphical table layout screen or the open table list screen is displayed, some tables to be alerted
will flash.
When the alert time counter of the table reaches the programmed time limit, its table is alerted.
The alert time counter is started by the temporary finalization ([NBAL] or [Final]), and it is cleared by the
reorders for the table.
