I No-sale
Simply touch the [Nosale] key without any entry. The drawer will be opened and the text of no-sale will be
printed. When the no-sale function is programmed to "complex key type", touch the [Cash 1] key instead of
the [Nosale] key.
I Name and address entries
It is possible to enter the name and address of guests in a transaction by using the [NAME/ADDR] key.
The entered name and address will be printed on the bill.
Procedure
(1) Touch the [NAME/ADDR] key. The window is displayed for entering the name and address.
To cancel the operation, touch the [Cancel] button.
(2) Key in the name and address.
(3) Touch the [OK] button to exit the operation.
I Gratuity
Calculation
When the payment operation is made for sales registrations, the gratuity amount is always calculated and
printed.
You can program a percent rate for calculating the gratuity.
You can program a tax status for gratuity.
Exemption
Your POS terminal allows you to exempt a customer from the gratuity by touching the [W/O GRATUITY]
key prior to a payment operation.
I Service charge
Calculation
When the payment operation is made for sales registrations, the service charge amount is calculated and
printed. You can program a percent rate for calculating the service charge.
