I Transferring the table (guest check)
At the end of the server/clerk shift or whenever the server/clerk is relieved, one or more open tables/guest
checks can be transferred to another server/clerk.
A server/clerk is able to transfer his/her own guest checks, however, the server/clerk responsible for the
transferred guest checks must also be allowed to transfer guest checks (by programming for each server/
clerk).
If a server/clerk is programmed to transfer checks "without confirmation", that server/clerk is allowed to
transfer guest checks to any active servers/clerks even if they have been "disallowed' to use the transfer
function.
Procedure
(1) The server/clerk must be signed on to be able to operate the transfer function.
(2) Select the transferred table (guest checks) in the graphical table layout screen or the open table list
screen.
(It is not necessary to select the table, when all the tables his/her own are transferred.)
(3) Touch the [TRANSFER] key.
(4) Enter the responsible server/clerk code and password (if necessary).
