Authority Level / Special Password / Reason code
I Authority level
It is possible to specify an authority level to each job function. Each employee can be assigned an authority
level. The authority level can be set to any function. The employee will not be allowed to operate higher-
level functions.

1. Administrator (High -level)
2. Manager
3. Sub-manager
4. Supervisor
5. Operator
I Special password
When a password is programmed, the employee will be required to enter it to succesfully sign on to the
system.
Additionally, the employee may be required to enter the special password for the function programmed
"Special password : Yes".
Procedure
(1) Sign on the server/clerk. (
(2) Enter the password (if it is required).
(3) Enter the function which requires the special password. The window is displayed.
(4) Enter the special password.
