6-16. Copying System Configuration Data to Other System

You can copy (migrate) the system configuration data set by Display Control Software to a new system
with the same system configuration.

Migrate the data to a new system using Display Control Software installed on other PC. Hereafter, a PC
connected to original system is referred to as "Original PC", and a PC connected to a new system is
referred to as "New PC".
1. Install Display Control Software on a new PC. (Refer to Section 6-1 in the Installation Manual.)
2. Copy a profile in the Display Control Software in the original PC to the new PC.
Folder and file name of the profile:
C: \Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Sony Corporation\DisplayControlSoftware\Profile.xml
(In <User>, an individual name is displayed.)
3. Start the Display Control Software on the new PC.

The data is migrated in standby state. Do not click [Power ON] at this moment.
4. On the menu bar, click [Tool], and then click [Restore Controller Data]. (The screen varies depending
on the Display Control Software version.)
