On the Channels You Watch screen. some or aU of my lineup information is
incorrect.
• Repeat Guided Setup and verify that you chose the correct cable/satellite provider
and lineup. You may need to go through all of the selections to find the right one
since cable providers are often changing their names and lineups.
I was watching TV t I pressed the RECORD button (or the Recorder started
recording). and the video quality got significantly worse.
• You are always watching "Best" video quality when you are watching Live TV.
When you begin recording a program for the Now Playing List,
it
changes the
video quality to the default level you have set for the recording (even if you are
watching it live while it is being recorded). If you have set the video quality for the
recording to Basic, Medium, or High. you may notice this switch when the
recording starts. To adjust the default video recording quality, see page 54.
My program didntt get recorded. I set the Recorder up to record something. and
ies not in the Now Playing List.
• The program may have been cancelled by the network.
• You may have two season passes that were on at the same time this week. Only one
can be recorded.
• The program may have been deleted from the Now Playing List by someone else in
your family.
• You may have gotten a conflict when requesting another program. and the
proposed solution was to delete the missing program earlier than planned.
