Editing a route

as described in Editing a route, starting on
page 76:
1. Press the cursor pad to move the cursor onto
the route's last waypoint (or first waypoint, or

As you move the cursor, the 972 displays
the new route leg as a dotted line to the

To remove waypoints from the route (the
