9 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom
An old administrative
menu screen is

Check point
Check if temporary Internet files have been
deleted.
The access target CPU setting is not correct.

The file stored on the Web server module is
opened directly with the Open file button on
the logging monitor screen.
The screens such as message screen are
hidden under the active window.
Correct connection has not been established.

Corrective action
 Delete the temporary Internet files of the
Web browser and JAVA VM. Then display
the menu screen again. (Refer to Section
6.2.7 (1) (e).)
 Check the access target CPU setting.

 Check the tag setting. (Refer to Section
6.3.3)
 If the screen to enter the user name and

this machine" setting in the Java items.

already been uninstalled, reinstall it and
perform the above operation.
 Check the statuses of the connection
devices such as a modem, and the line,
restart the monitor operation.
 Set the setting to avoid the standby or
hibernation status of personal computer.

 Start operation after the screen display is
