Logging data are displayed in graph form.

Specify the component to be monitored. (Up to four components can be

9)
4) Specify the point number of the displayed logging data.
(Setting range: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000)
5) The graph is refreshed in accordance with the settings of 1) to 4).

The stored values for the components at the time of logging are displayed.

the logging monitor screen is redisplayed.
