F6024 Maximum braking time exceeded

Cause
S-0-0273, Maximum drive off delay time incorrectly
parameterized
Brake defective or brake control resp. brake cable
defective
Hardware defect on power section

Supported by Firmware Variant:
The drive checks automatically whether the motor, after drive enable has
been switched off or when an error occurs, was shut down within the
delay time parameterized in S-0-0273, Maximum drive off delay time. If
not, the error F6024 is generated.
Remedy
Check parameterization of S-0-0273, Maximum drive
off delay time and, if necessary, increase parameter
content in order to extend delay time and avoid incorrect
reaction
Check brake function and brake connection (cabling)
Replace control section or entire drive controller
Note:
Only Rexroth service engineers or especially trained users are
allowed to replace the control section. The replacement of the
entire drive controller is described in the Project Planning
Manual for the power section.
