NOTE 2: Tone Disabler is a feature to improve FAX communication rate.
When detecting V.25 tone (2100 Hz) with phase inversion, Echo
Canceller/NLP (Non Linear Processor) is set to OFF. When detecting
V.25 tone (2100 Hz) without phase inversion, Echo Canceller/NLP
(Non Linear Processor) is set as same as voice setting.
