AF-650 GP Programming Guide
Function:
NOTE
This parameter cannot be adjusted
while the motor is running.
Select the input to which the thermistor
(PTC sensor) should be connected. An
analog input option [1] or [2] cannot be
selected if the analog input is already in
use as a reference source (selected in
F-01 Frequency Setting 1, C-30 Frequency
Command 2 or C-34 Frequency Command
3).
Function:
Enter the maximum limit for motor speed.
The Motor Speed High Limit can be set to
correspond to the manufacturer's
recommended maximum of the motor shaft.
The Motor Speed High Limit must exceed the
in F-16 Motor Speed Low Limit [Hz]. Only
F-17 Motor Speed High Limit [RPM] or
F-15 Motor Speed High Limit [Hz] will be
displayed depending on other parameters in
the Main Menu and depending on default
settings dependant on global location.
Function:
Enter the minimum limit for motor speed.
The Motor Speed Low Limit can be set to
correspond to the minimum output
frequency of the motor shaft. The Motor
Speed Low Limit must not exceed the
setting in F-15 Motor Speed High Limit [Hz].
F-17 Motor Speed High Limit [RPM]
Range:
3600
[par. F-18 -
RPM
60000 RPM]
*
NOTE
Max. output frequency cannot exceed 10% of the carrier
frequency (F-26 Motor Noise (Carrier Freq)).
F-18 Motor Speed Low Limit [RPM]
Range:
Function:
0 RPM
[0 - par.
Enter the minimum limit for motor speed.
*
F-17 RPM]
The Motor Speed Low Limit can be set to
correspond to the manufacturer's
recommended minimum motor speed. The
Motor Speed Low Limit must not exceed
the setting in F-17 Motor Speed High Limit
[RPM].
3.3.4 F-2# Fundamental 2
Parameters to configure drive Start Speed, Start Current,
Holding Time and Motor Noise (Carrier Frequency).
F-20 PM Start Mode
Option:
Function:
[0]
Rotor
Suitable for all applications where the motor
Detection
is known to be standing still when starting
(e.g. conveyors, pumps and non wind milling
fans).
[1]
Parking
If the motor turns at a slight speed (i.e.
*
lower than 2-5% of the nominal speed) e.g.
due to fans with light wind milling, select [1]
Parking and adjust B-06 Parking Current and
B-07 Parking Time accordingly.
F-22 Start Speed [RPM]
Range:
Function:
0 RPM
[0 - 600
Set a motor start speed. After the start
*
RPM]
signal, the output speed leaps to set value.
Set the start function in F-25 Start Function
to [3] Start speed cw, [4] Horizontal operation
or [5] Adv. Vector Control/Flux Clockwise, and
set a start delay time in F-24 Holding Time.
DET-618C
Function:
Enter the maximum limit for motor
speed. The Motor Speed High Limit can
be set to correspond to the
manufacturer's maximum rated motor
speed. The Motor Speed High Limit
must exceed the setting in F-18 Motor
Speed Low Limit [RPM].
