Procedure for switching over the motor data set
1. Start condition:
With synchronous motors, the actual speed must be lower than the speed used
in the field-weakening range. This ensures that the regenerative voltage
generated is greater than the terminal voltage.
2. Pulse inhibit:
A pulse inhibit is activated once a new drive data set has been selected by
means of p0820 to p0824.
3. Open motor contactor:
Motor contactor 1 is opened r0830 = 0 and the status bit "Motor switchover
active" (r0835.0) is set.
4. Switch over drive data set:
The requested data set is activated (r0051 = requested data set).
5. Motor contactor activation:
After confirmation (motor contactor opened) from motor contactor 1, the
corresponding bit in r0830 is set and motor contactor 2 is activated.
6. Enable pulses:
After confirmation (motor contactor closed) from motor contactor 2, the bit
"Motor switchover active" (r0835.0) is reset and the pulses are enabled again.
The motor switchover is complete.

Comments
Configure 4 MDS.
Configure 4 DDS.
The MDS are assigned to the DDS.
The digital inputs for motor
switchover via DDS selection are
selected. The coding is binary
(p0820 = bit0 etc.).
Different numbers indicate a different
thermal model
Assign the bit from p0830 to the
MDS. If p0827[0] = 1, for example, bit
p0830.1 is set when MDS0 is
selected via DDS0.
The digital outputs for the auxiliary
contactors are assigned to the bits.
The digital inputs for the checkback
from the motor contactors are
assigned.
The drive is responsible for
controlling the contactor circuit and
the pulse inhibit. Parking bit
(Gn_ZSW14) is set
