Mailbox Status: Click Voice tab > Line 2 . In the Proxy and Registration section, check the

Enabling Remote Voice Mail Access (Optional)

Follow this procedure to allow users to access their voice mail remotely .
NOTE:
If your users will call into your voice mail system through an ITSP line, your ITSP must support
out-of-band DTMF .
1 . Start Internet Explorer, and then enter the IP address of the SPA9000 . Click
then click Advanced .
2 . Click Voice > SIP .
3 . Scroll down to the Auto Attendant Parameters section .
4 . Edit the AA Dial Plan 1 string to include a code for the voice mail server, as described below .
