A four-pos ition bit s tring that indicate s the s tatus of the
obje ct. If a s tatus bit =1, that s tatus is TRUE.
An array of prioritize d value s (inde xe s 1-16) controlling
the pre s e nt-value , inde x 1 having the highe s t priority.
The value with the highe s t priority controls the pre s e nt-
value . Pos s ible value s for priority-array inde xe s are
ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or NULL. A NULL value indicate s
no command is is s ue d at that priority-array inde x.
